  1. 2 kale leaves
  2. 4 inch piece of cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
  3. 1 green apple, cored and cut into chunks
  4. Small handful of fresh parsley
  5. ½ tsp. of cinnamon
  6. 1 tbsp. organic chia seeds
  7. Squeeze of fresh lemon
  8. ½ cup of crushed ice or 3 ice cubes
  9. ½ cup of filtered water (more as needed)
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, Enjoy!
