  1. 1 cup white basmati rice
  2. 1 ½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk
  3. 1-2 tbsp. of pure maple syrup
  4. ½ cup fresh berries
  5. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Cook rice as directed
  2. Add in coconut milk
  3. Stir in syrup
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  5. Top with fresh berries
