  1. 1 cup canned pumpkin or sweet potato puree, chilled
  2. ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  3. 1 ½ tsp. raw honey
  4. ½ tsp. blackstrap molasses
  5. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  6. ¼ tsp. maca powder
  7. ¼ tsp. sea salt
