Banana Nut Smoothie

Banana Nut Smoothie
  1. 1 banana (use ½ banana for less sweetness)
  2. ½ cup of almond or unsweetened coconut milk
  3. ½ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa (raw chocolate powder)
  4. ½ cup handful raw cashews (preferably soaked and drained in advance)
  5. OR 1-2 tbsp. of nut butter instead of raw nuts
  6. 1 cup of crushed ice
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, Enjoy!
