Banana Nut Smoothie
- 1 banana (use ½ banana for less sweetness)
- ½ cup of almond or unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa (raw chocolate powder)
- ½ cup handful raw cashews (preferably soaked and drained in advance)
- OR 1-2 tbsp. of nut butter instead of raw nuts
- 1 cup of crushed ice
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, Enjoy!
