END CHRONIC DISEASE

Ending the pattern of chronic disease and becoming resilient does not have to be complicated. At its core, optimal health begins by adjusting your beliefs, the consistency of your daily behaviors, and the diversity of your inner and outer ecosystems—or your bacteria. By syncing with the interconnected, adaptive rhythms of Mother Nature and changing the way you approach health and well-being, you too can cultivate optimal health.

Your body has a unique microbiology shaped over time by your lifestyle behaviors. It’s a cyclical pattern with each component linking to the next in a continuous loop. With less fixing and disease management, this book will guide you to:

  • Discover you are your own best healer.
  • Breathe better, sleep deeper, and press pause more often.
  • Wean yourself off unnecessary medications.
  • Feed and move your body to support gut health and boost immunity.
  • Reconnect with nature and each other.

JOIN THE FREE VIRTUAL BOOK CLUB

Grab your copy of End Chronic Disease and join us for a FREE 31-day virtual book club starting March 1, 2020!

For the entire month of March, I will be LIVE with you to provide practical tips and a supportive lesson for each of the 31 principles in the book. That’s right!!  We get to be together for the entire month of March – no strings attached! This is for you!

Inspired by the book, each group discussion will cover why your “beliefs, behaviors, or bacteria” are important to your health and how this pattern can be used to create a natural healing rhythm in your daily life.

This free group is appropriate for beginners and seasoned health experts alike. It’s a place for discussion and exploration. Over the last decade I have learned that we are not suffering from a lack of knowledge, but from a lack of action.  With a focus on simplicity, the content is meant to inspire thoughtful discussion and sustainable change.

At the end of each week, I will recap the tips in an email to the group.

MEET the AUTHOR

Meet your GuideMy name is Kathleen DiChiara. I am a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, BioIndividual Nutrition Practitioner, and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with training in the biochemistry and specialized diets for autism, allergies, autoimmune, and chronic illnesses.

I am a deep-thinker, educator and researcher, who has dedicated my work to increase the public’s knowledge about the connection between nutrition and patterns of chronic disease.  Following the release of my first book, The Hidden Connection in 2014 and our documentary film Secret Ingredients,  I felt the need to write this book after seeing so many people struggling with chronic disease “management,” which involved restrictive diets and supplement protocols. I am also the CEO and founder of Nutritional Intelligence Academy, an online learning platform that educates and empowers individuals to regenerate their own health and become the healers and teachers in their own home and communities.

I decided to host this FREE virtual book club to complement my book End Chronic Disease because I thought my audience and my readers deserved a space to engage more deeply about what it means to heal from chronic disease. When it comes to illness, there is no blueprint. We are all unique and so is our healing. There is no one size fits all. There is however a formula for success – a pattern that I observed in myself and others who have healed from chronic disease – and that’s something we can all get behind.
