Organic Taco Shells
(Or Endive Lettuce Leaves)
Instructions
Combine chicken, salsa, onion, water, cumin, salt and pepper in a slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours
Remove the chicken, shred with fork and add back to the slow cooker to combine with the sauce
Transfer to serving bowl
Assemble tacos on lettuce leaves or in taco shells as desired
