Leftover Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice bacon chopped
  • 1 cup yellow onion chopped
  • 1 Leftover Sweet Potato
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions slices
  • 1/4 tsp seal salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon in frying pan
  • Use leftover bacon grease to cook chopped onion and garlic
  • Add in sweet potato
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Garnish with green onion and cooked bacon
