Ingredients
  1. 3 cups pitted dates
  2. 1 cup pecans
  3. 1/3 cup cacao powder
  4. 2 tbsp. coconut milk
  5. 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup or honey
  6. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  7. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  8. Lollipop sticks
Optional toppings
  1. Mini chocolate chips
  2. Cashews, crushed
  3. Pistachios, crushed
Instructions
  1. Blend together dates, pecans, cacao powder, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon.
  2. Roll into small or medium sized balls, then roll in crushed nuts and/or chocolate chips.
  3. Place lollipop sticks in the center of the balls.
  4. Serve.
Notes
  1. For stronger chocolate flavor, increase cacao.
  2. For sweeter taste, increase maple syrup.
